• Kinked red, blue, or silver cables. There is a multi-stranded steel cable inside the nylon that will hold a kink if it is compromised or pinched. ChiaoGoo TWIST red, blue, X-Flex, and silver SVIV360 cables are memory-free; they are not kink-free.
• Normal wear and tear from years of use. 
• Items damaged due to accidents, misuse, or abuse.

• A brief description of the problem you are having and how the problem occurred.
• A picture of the damaged item, if you are reporting a claim.
• The product code number of the item you are reporting.
• The original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, please provide the approximate purchase date and the name of the store where the item was purchased.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
